Youth Deceived to Have Genitals Removed & Undergo Sex-Change Surgery in UP

Lucknow: A 20-year-old youth named Mujahid was deceived into undergoing gender reassignment surgery orchestrated by another man in collusion with doctors from a local medical college in Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar.

The incident took place at Begrajpur Medical College in Mansoorpur. Mujahid from the Sanjak village has alleged that he was deceived by one Omprakash on June 3. Omprakash allegedly convinced the doctors at the medical college to perform sex-change surgery on Mujahid involving of his genitals.

Mujahid was falsely told that he had a medical issue requiring hospital inspection. Accompanied by Omprakash, he visited the facility where the hospital staff allegedly administered anaesthesia and performed the sex-change operation.

When he regained consciousness, he was told that he had been changed from a boy to a girl.

Mujahid alleged that Omprakash was threatening to shoot his father and seize his share of the family land, if he did not live with him.

This sensational case has sparked outrage and led to protests by the Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU). The organization demanded immediate action against Omprakash and the involved doctors.

Police have arrested Omprakash and are investigating the hospital staff involved in the case.
