Odisha Polls 2024: Amit Shah Leads Vibrant Roadshow In Cuttack

Cuttack: Union Home Minister and BJP leader Amit Shah conducted a vibrant roadshow in Cuttack, following his impactful campaign in Ganjam, Odisha.

The event aimed to boost the prospects of BJP candidates in the upcoming elections. Shah, standing on a saffron-themed vehicle adorned with flowers, waved an illuminated lotus symbol, symbolizing BJP, while greeting the throngs of supporters lining the streets.

Accompanied by BJP’s Cuttack Lok Sabha candidate Bhartruhari Mahtab and MLA candidate Dr Purna Chandra Mohapatra, Shah traversed through significant junctions in the city, including Buxi Bazaar, Tinikonia Bagicha and Chandi Mandir Chhak. The roadshow drew massive crowds, with chants of ‘Jai Shree Ram’ echoing along the route.

Addressing the media, Shah reiterated BJP’s commitment to addressing issues like the multi-crore chit fund scam, promising action against those involved and restitution for affected investors if BJP secures victory in the state elections. He also slammed the incumbent BJD government for restricting access to Jagannath Temple in Puri, pledging to open all 4 gates for devotees if BJP is voted to power.
