54 Trains To Be Cancelled For Fog From December to March

New Delhi: Due to problems of heavy fog, Indian railways has decided to cancel 54 trains between December and February-March. The Railways has also announced that some other trains may suffer partial cancellation due to fog during this period.

The divisional railway manager of the Northern Railway’s Lucknow Division tweeted that the administration has decided to completely cancel a total of 42 mail or express trains originating from Northern Railway, Lucknow division, and passing through the division regularly. There will also be a check on the daily running trains.

 

East Central Railway has also canceled several trains scheduled to open/arrive or pass through various stations of the Division from December 1, 2022, to February 28, 2023, while simultaneously reducing the days of their operation.

The North Western Railway informed about fully canceling services of these two trains in the upcoming fog season.
