This Droupadi Bets Self In Ludo Game; Loses To Landlord

Lucknow: In the Mahabharata epic, Yudhisthira was so fascinated by the gambling game that he betted his wife Droupadi and lost her.

In the 21st century, an Uttar Pradesh woman, addicted to the game of Ludo, put herself at stake when she ran out of all her money.

The incident was reported from Uttar Pradesh’s Pratapgarh where this woman, Renu was an online gambling addict. She used to gamble away all the money that her husband sent.

She used to play the game with her landlord on a regular basis.

On one such day, when both of them were playing the game and placing bets, the woman put herself at stake as she ran out of all her money.

After running out of money, she bet herself on Ludo and lost herself.

Following this, she narrated the entire incident to her husband. Her husband came to Pratapgarh and filed a police complaint.

According to the husband, the woman has now started living with the landlord. “I tried to make her leave him, but she is not ready to do it.”

Meanwhile, police are trying to contact the landlord and investigating the matter.
