Horticulture Department Staff Hacked To Death In Unit-I Area Of Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Unidentified miscreants allegedly hacked a man to death in Unit-I area of the state capital, Bhubaneswar.

The deceased was identified as Sushant Nayak (35), an employee of the Horticulture Department.

According to reports, the incident came to the fore after some locals spotted his body with severe injury marks was found lying in a pool of blood near a government quarters in the locality, this morning and informed the police about the same.

On being informed, police reached the spot and recovered the body for post-mortem.

Further investigation is underway in this regard.
