BJD Suspends Students’ Wing Gen Secy & Removes BYJD Secy from Post for Anti-Party Activity

Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) suspended Rabindra Pradhan, state general secretary of Biju Chhatra Janata Dal (BCJD) from the BJD for anti-party activities with immediate effect. The BCJD is the students’ wing of the party.

Prakash Paswan, state secretary of Biju Yuva Janata Dal (BYJD), the youth wing of BJD, was also removed from the post.

General secretary of the BJD, Manas Mangaraj, informed these decisions of the party through a press release.

As per the release, these decisions were taken as per the direction of the BJD president and CM Naveen Patnaik.
