Jasprit Bumrah Joins 400-Wicket Club, Becomes 10th Indian Bowler to Achieve Feat

India’s ace pacer Jasprit Bumrah hit a significant milestone during Day 2 of the first Test against Bangladesh in Chennai. Bumrah became the 10th Indian bowler and 6th Indian pacer to surpass 400 wickets across all international formats. His 400th scalp came when he dismissed Bangladesh’s Hasan Mahmud.

Bumrah delivered a stellar performance in the first two sessions, securing three wickets. He struck early, clean bowling opener Shadman Islam in his very first over. He then removed Mushfiqur Rahim and Mahmud in the second session, extending his wicket tally to 400.
