Speeding Car Hits Scooter Killing 2 in Jharsuguda Dist

Jharsuguda: Two persons lost their lives and another person was seriously injured when a scooter had a head-on collision with a speeding car near Fulkobi Chhak under Laikera police station limits in the Jharsuguda district on Sunday evening.

The victims were identified to be from the Beelapali police station area in the district.

Both deceased, who were on the scooter died on the spot. The injured was admitted to the Gobindpur Hospital. Police recovered the bodies of the dead and sent them for autopsy. The police have launched an investigation into the fatal incident.
