10-Month-Old Raped By Man Who Frequented Her Parents’ House In Gujarat

Bharuch: A 30-year-old man raped a 10-month-old girl at Panoli village in Gujarat’s Bharuch district on Sunday.

According to the police, the accused identified as Deepak Kumar Lalbabu Singh knew the infant’s family and used to come to their house to play with the baby.

The accused took the baby away when she was playing in the courtyard of her house and raped her. .

The child’s grandmother heard her cries and rushed to find the baby bleeding and severely injured.

The locals nabbed the accused and handed him over to the police. The injured baby was rushed to Bharuch Civil Hospital.

The accused has been booked under POCSO Act and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
