Amazon India Top Boss to Replace Nestle India’s Chairman, MD after His Retirement in 2025

New Delhi: After a long stint of over 26 years with the company, Suresh Narayanan, Nestle India Ltd’s Chairman and Managing Director will retire on July 31, 2025.

On August 1, 2025, Manish Tiwary, the head of Amazon’s India operations will replace him as the next Managing Director of Nestle, reported Hindustan Times.

Nestle India made this disclosure in an exchange filing on Monday, October 07, 2024.

Narayanan became the chairman and managing director of Nestle in August 2015.

Tiwary has worked with Amazon for the last eight and a half years, joining as a Vice President in May 2016, and becoming the India head in July 2020. Before joining Amazon, he had a long career with Unilever.

Nestle’s exchange filing says Tiwary will be stepping down from his directorship of Amazon Digital Services Private Limited on 30th October 2024.
