BJD Starts Membership Drive; Naveen First One to Renew Membership

Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) started its membership drive on Wednesday. The president of the party, Naveen Patnaik was first one to renew his party membership through the online mode.

The membership drive of the BJD has formally launched at the Shankh Bhawan in Bhubaneswar. After Naveen Patnaik, several senior leaders of the party also renewed their membership. New members will also be inducted into the party during this membership drive.

According to the BJD leaders, the membership drive of the party will be taken up at all district headquarters with extra thrust on students and women. The new members will be inducted through both online and offline.

The membership drive of the BJD will continue across the state for two months.
