2 School Students Killed in Tractor-Bike Crash At Balanga Square in Puri District

Puri: Two students died when the bike on which they were travelling was hit by a tractor near Balanga College Square in Puri district on Thursday evening.

The deceased were identified as Ayushman Parida (7) and Subrat Parida (9) of Gadachandpur village. Their uncle Tusharkant parida was critically injured in the accident.

As per reports, the students were returning from tuition along with their uncle when they met with the accident. A tractor from the opposite direction hit their bike.

The biker and both children were seriously injured and were rushed to a nearby hospital, where the doctors declared the children as brought dead. The tractor driver reportedly absconded from the spot after causing the accident.
