Actor Rio Kapadia No More, Remembered for Chak De! India, Mardaani, Happy New Year

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Rio Kapadia is no more. He is best remembered for his roles in hit movies like ‘Chak De! India,’ ‘Happy New Year’ and ‘Mardaani’. He has also acted in ‘Khuda Haafiz ‘, ‘The Big Bull’, ‘Agent Vinod’.

He passed away on Thursday. He was suffering from cancer. diagnosed with cancer last year. He will be cremated at Shiv Dham Shamshan Bhumi in Goregaon on Friday. The actor is Recently he was in one of the episodes of ‘Made in Heaven 2.’ He was also a popular face on TV. He played key characters in serials like ‘Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke’. In the ‘Siddharth Tewary’s ‘Mahabharat’ he played the role of Gandhari’s Father, the king of Gandhara.
