Bishnoi Gang’s Plan to Attack Salman Khan With Pakistani Ak-47 Busted, 4 Arrested

Mumbai: Four members of Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang were arrested by the Navi Mumbai Police for allegedly planning to attack Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s car in Panvel.

According to the police, the accused had planned to procure AK-47 rifle from a Pakistani arms supplier for the attack.

In this case, the police have registered an FIR against more than 17 people including Lawrence Bishnoi, Anmol Bishnoi, Sampat Nehra, Goldy Brar.

The persons arrested were identified as Dhananjay alias Ajay Kashyap, Gaurav Bhatia alias Nahvi, Waspi Khan alias Wasim Chikna and Rizwan Khan alias Javed Khan.

According to the police, the arrested persons had done a recce of Salman Khan’s house and farmhouse for the attack. They contacted a person named Dogar in Pakistan through a video call to procure weapons like AK-47 to attack Salman Khan, said Navi Mumbai officials.

They had planned to use minors to attack Salman Khan. After the attack, the accused had decided to escape to Sri Lanka via Kanyakumari.

On April 14, five rounds were fired outside Salman Khan’s Mumbai residence. Lawrence Bishnoi Gang was allegedly behind this attack.
