Land-for-Job Scam: CBI Files Final Charge Sheet Against Lalu Prasad Yadav, Family

New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday filed its final charge sheet in the land-for-jobs scam involving former railway minister Lalu Prasad and his family members.

The report encompasses all railway zones where recruitment allegedly took place in exchange for land acquired by Lalu Prasad’s family.

Named as accused in the charge sheet are Lalu Prasad’s wife Rabri Devi, son Tej Pratap Yadav, daughter Hema Yadav, former aide Bhola Yadav and others.

The special court is set to review the report on July 6.
