CHSE Record Supplier Under Vigilance Probe; Searches in Bhubaneswar & Jagatsinghpur

Bhubaneswar: Odisha vigilance officials raided three locations linked to Purendra Kumar Sethy, a record supplier of the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) in Bhubaneswar on allegations of amassing disproportionate assets (DA).

Three Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs), one Assistant Commandant, five Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs), and other supporting staff took part in these simultaneous search operations on the basis of search warrants issued by the Special Vigilance Judge, Bhubaneswar.

The vigilance team is carrying out searches at:

*A four-storeyed building of Sethy over plot No. 486/2175, Kanan Vihar, Phase-II, Patia, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar.

*His paternal house at Village- Keupada, Po- Anantapur, Dist- Jagatsinghpur.

*Office room of Sethy located in the O/o Director, CHSE, Odisha, Samantrapur in Bhubaneswar.

The searches are underway.
