Delhi Court Rejects Anticipatory Bail Plea of Former IAS Trainee Puja Khedkar

New Delhi: The Patiala House Court in Delhi dismissed the anticipatory bail plea of dismissed IAS trainee Pooja Khedkar on Thursday.

Puja Khedkar is accused of using fraudulent means to clear the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examination.

She had moved the court seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered against her for allegedly faking her identity to get more attempts in the UPSC examination.

Puja Khedkar, the ex-trainee IAS officer is alleged to have lied about visual and mental disabilities, and faked her identity, to pass the Civil Services exam. On Wednesday the UPSC revoked her selection and debarred her from appearing for the exam in the future.
