Drug Peddlers Attack & Injure Police SI in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: A Sub Inspector (SI) of the Dhauli Police Station was injured when a group of drug peddlers attacked him during a raid in the Sisupalgarh area on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar.

According to reports, four accused persons have been detained by police in connection to the incident.

The incident occurred at late night on Friday. The accused hit the head of the SI with hammers. The injured police SI has been admitted to a hospital in Bhubaneswar.
