Dubai-Bound Flight Receives Bomb Threat Email at Delhi Airport, Turns to Be Hoax

New Delhi: A Dubai-bound flight which was to take from the Delhi airport received a bomb threat via email on Tuesday. A thorough check of the plane confirmed that it was a hoax.

“On Monday, at 9.35 am an email was received in DIAL office, of the IGI Airport with the threat of bomb inside Delhi to Dubai flight,” a senior police officer said.

No bomb was found when the plane was checked.
