Indonesia’s Mt Ibu Erupts Again Spewing Ash 7Km Into Air

Indonesia’s Mount Ibu erupted again on Sunday.

The thick gray ash thrown up by the volcanic eruption rose to a height of around 7,000 metres, officials said.

The Mt Ibu volcano located on an island in the eastern North Maluku province of Indonesia, erupted for more than six minutes on Sunday, stated Indonesia’s Geology Agency.

The column of ash erupting from the volcano could be seen rising high into the sky.
