Key Leaders of INDIA Bloc to Meet on June 1 to Discuss Future

New Delhi: Major leaders of the opposition INDIA bloc are expected to meet on June 1 to assess their performance in the Lok Sabha elections and plan up for the future after the declaration of the results.

According to sources, Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge has convened this meeting in Delhi on the afternoon of June 1, the day on which the last phase of polling will be held.

The opposition alliance is claiming that it would stop the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) from returning to power at the Centre.

The NDA led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi claims that it would form the government at the Centre for the third successive time.
