Lie-Detection Tests of Kolkata Rape-Murder Accused, 6 Others Including Ex-Principal of Med College Begin
Kolkata: The polygraph test of the prime accused Sanjay Roy in the doctor rape-murder case at Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, as well as six others began on Saturday.
The lie-detection test of Sanjay Roy is being held in the jail. The polygraph test of the other six, including former Principal Dr Sandip Ghosh, four hospital employees who were on duty during the night of the incident, and a civil volunteer, are being held at the CBI office in Kolkata.
Polygraph tests of four hospital employees are being conducted to determine whether they were involved in the crime or not as there were discrepancies in their statements.
The fingerprints of the two first-year PGT doctors were found in the seminar room. They were on duty with the victim on the night of the incident.
