Odisha To Host Global Investors’ Summit ‘Utkarsh Odisha’ In January 2025

Bhubaneswar: The 4th edition of state’s flagship global investors’ summit now named ‘Utkarsh Odisha’ will be organized in Bhubaneswar on January 28-29, 2025. In August, the new BJP government rename the investment summit as ‘Utkarsha Odisha’.

“In this context, a delegation of Odisha government will host an interactive session led by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on October 3 in New Delhi,” stated the invite issued by Principal Secretary, Industries, Hemant Sharma.

“With both Union and State governments strategically aligned, Odisha presents a uniquely favourable environment for central PSUs looking to grow and expand. Our state is dedicated to facilitating growth through advantageous policies and robust support mechanisms, particularly in sectors critical to national interests. We wish to see you as a valued partner in our endeavour of making Odisha an investment destination of choice and an industrial hub of the east,” the invite added.

The first Make in Odisha global investors conclave was held in November 2016.
