Pakistan Extends Visa of Indian Woman Who Left India to Marry Pak Facebook Friend

Pakistan authorities extended the visa of the 34-year-old Indian mother of two children who crossed the border to marry her Facebook friend at a remote village in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province after converting to Islam.

This woman from Rajasthan named Anju, who has changed her name to Fatima after converting to Islam married her lover her 29-year-old lover Nasrullah on July 25.

Her husband informed the media about the extension of her visa. According to him, they are getting support from all Pakistani institutions. In July, a real estate company gifted the couple a plot of land in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa along with a cheque.

Anju’s husband lives in Alwar district of Rajasthan. Anju and her Indian husband have a 15-year-old daughter and a six-year-old son.

Anju traveled travelled to Pakistan legally via the Wagah-Attari border on a 30-day visa, valid for Upper Dir only. After reaching Pakistan she got married to her Pakistani sweetheart.

Similarly, Seema Ghulam Haider, a 30-year-old Pakistani mother of four entered India illegally to live with Sachin Meena, a 22-year-old Hindu man, with whom she came into contact while playing PUBG.
