Passenger Bus Crushes Woman to Death in Kendrapara Dist

Kendrapara: A woman died when a passenger bus ran over her on Tuesday morning at Chandol Kharida Sahi on Chandbali Road under Kendrapara Sadar police station limits. The bus was travelling to Cuttack from Kendrapara.

According to reports, the speeding bus hit a scooter coming from the opposite side. The woman riding the scooter fell before the bus, which ran over her. The woman died on the spot.

The identity of the deceased woman is yet to be ascertained.

Local police have reached the spot and launched an investigation into the fatal accident.
