Speeding Car Runs Over 2 Bicycle Riders in Sundargarh District

Bhubaneswar: Two bicycle riders died when a speeding car hit them near Jharmunda village under Badagaon police station limits in Sundargarh district of Odisha on Wednesday morning.

Both deceased were residents of the Jharmunda village. They were on their way to Badagaon when they met with an accident. Both were killed on the spot.

According to eyewitnesses, the accident causing car escaped from the spot after hitting the bicycle of the victims.

Locals and family members of the deceased demonstrated in the area after the accident demanding appropriate compensation for the deaths.
