Terrorists Attack Pakistan’s 2nd Largest Naval Air Base

A group of armed terrorists attacked Pakistan’s Naval Air Station Siddique in Turbat of Balochistan on Monday night.

Terrorists armed with automatic weapons and grenades made the sudden attack, which resulted in an intense exchange of fire between the ultras and the security personnel present at the outer wall of the station.

Nine “terrorists” including three suicide bombers were killed in an hours-long operation by security forces in southwestern Balochistan province, Pakistan Army’s media wing said on Tuesday, as hospital officials reported five civilians had also died.

Four terrorists were killed during the gun fight with the security personnel.

Following the killing of the terrorists, the security forces cordoned off the area and conducted a search operation.

Some sources said that six terrorists were involved in the attack, which has not been officially confirmed.

Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) through a statement claimed responsibility for this attack.
