Two Killed in Road Accident in Rayagada District

Rayagada: Two persons died in a road accident on state highway No 45 at Krishnanagar village in Odisha’s Rayagada district on Thursday night.

According to reports, a man loading wood on a tractor was hit by a speeding bike coming from Sikarpai from behind. The rider of the bike and the man died on the spot.

The person loading wood on the tractor was identified as Yogesh Miniyaka of Uprasaja village. The identity of the biker had not been ascertained.

After the accident, locals blocked the road for some time demanding compensation to the family of the deceased.
