Woman Along with Daughter & Son End Life in Bargarh Dist

Bargarh: A woman committed suicide along with her son and daughter by consuming poison at Masterpada under Sohela police limits in Bargarh district of Odisha. On September 6 her husband died.

It is suspected that the trio consumed pesticide on Sunday as they were unable to bear the trauma.

On being informed, the police reached the spot and rushed the trio to Sohela Community Health Centre (CHC). They were later shifted to VIMSAR in Burla

The deceased have been identified as Kumudini Sahoo (50), her son Bansidhar Sahoo (25) and her daughter Subarna (23).

Subarna died on the way to Burla while her brother Bansidhar breathed his last while being treated at VIMSAR, Burla on Sunday. Their mother died at the hospital on Monday morning.
