Youth Dead, 2 Injured As Truck Hits Scooter in Balasore Dist

Balasore: A youth died and two others were injured when a truck hit a scooter at Barafkala square under the Soro police station limits in Balasore district on Friday.

The youth died on the spot. The two injured were admitted to a hospital in Soro.

The deceased was from Dalanga village under the Khaira police station. The injured were inhabitants of Atapur village under the Soro police station.

Police have seized the accident-causing truck and have initiated a probe.
