Youth’s Body Found in Pool of Blood Near His House in Cuttack

Cuttack: The body of a youth identified as Ashok Bhoi was found under mysterious conditions in a pool of blood near his home at Biswanathpur village under Jagatpur police station limits of Cuttack district.

The family members of the deceased alleged that the Ashok was murdered and the assailants dumped his body near their house. They have demanded a thorough investigation into Ashok’s death.

Ashok is suspected to have died of a head injury. It is suspected that he was hit with some heavy object.

According to Ashok’s family members, he had left home on Sunday morning and did not return home at night. His body was found near their house on Monday morning.

Personnel of the Jagatpur police station have reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem. The cops have initiated an investigation into the incident.
