Paradip Port Handles 41.12 MMT Cargo In 1st 100 Days Of 2024-25; Sets New Record

Bhubaneswar: Paradip Port Authority (PPA) in Odisha has reached a new landmark in its operational history by handling an unprecedented 41.12 Million Metric Tons (MMT) cargo in the first 100 days of the 2024-25 financial year.

This new record cargo handling by the port was a 4.78 per cent growth compared to the 39.25 MMT achieved during the same period in the FY 2023-24, an official release of the port said.

This achievement highlights Paradip Port Authority’s ongoing commitment to setting new benchmarks in cargo handling and contributing significantly to the nation’s economic growth.
