CRPF Jawan’s Wife’s Body Found With Throat Slit In Nayagarh, Police Detain 2

Nayagarh: The wife of a CRPF jawan was found murdered with her throat slit at the Kotanisila village in Rajsunakhala area of Odisha’s Nayagarh district on Monday.

The deceased, Namita Dehuri was the wife of a CRPF jawan, who was staying alone at the house while her husband and three children lived at some other place.

It is suspected that some miscreants made a forced entry into her house and murdered her on Sunday night.

Locals found the body of Namita in a pool of blood and informed the police. Police seized the body and sent it for postmortem.

Efforts are on to nab the culprits involved in the murder. The reason behind the killing is yet to be ascertained. Police have detained two youths of the village in connection to the case for interrogation.
