Fake Doctor Illegally Running A Clinic for 15 Yrs Arrested In Balangir Dist

Balangir: A ‘fake doctor’ without a medical degree, who was running a clinic illegally for the last 15 years in the Saintala area of Balangir district, was arrested by the police.

According to reports, the accused identified as Bidyut Kumar Biswas of West Bengal was arrested following a joint raid by the police and the drug inspector.

It was found that Biswas has studied only up to class 12 and has no medical degree. Yet for the last 15-years he was running a clinic at Tikrapada under the Saintala police station and was treating patients illegally.

Several medicines, injections and other articles were seized from the illegally run clinic of the fake doctor.
