Sidharth Malhotra Issues Warning After Fan Alleges Scam by Fan Page

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra issued a cautionary message to fans on Wednesday following reports of a scam targeting a follower. The alleged incident involved a fan page claiming an association with Malhotra and defrauding a fan of ₹50 lakh.

“It has been brought to my attention that certain fraudulent activities/scams have been circulating on various social media platforms, allegedly claiming to be associated with or in relation to me, my family and people claiming to be my fans and seeking money,” Malhotra wrote.

Malhotra emphasized that neither he, his family, nor his team supports such actions. He urged fans to exercise caution when interacting with suspicious online requests.

“If you receive any suspicious requests, report them to the appropriate authorities and avoid spreading false information,” he advised.

The actor concluded by expressing his appreciation for his fans. “My fans have always been my biggest strength and your trust and safety are my top priorities. Big Love and Hug,” Malhotra declared.
