Phulbani: Three wildlife criminals were arrested by the forest officials from the Gudari village under the Phulbani Wildlife Division in Kandhamal district. A leopard skin, a barking deer head with horn, a loaded country-made gun, three mobile phones and two bikes were seized from their possession.
The arrested persons were identified as Sanjay Mallik, Trinath Mallik, and Prabhat Kanhar.
Acting on a tip-off, forest officials raided the Gudari village on Sunday and nabbed the trio. During the search, forest officials seized a leopard skin, a barking deer head with horn, a loaded country-made gun, three mobile phones and two bikes from the arrested persons.
