Sadhu Murdered in Ayodhya, Police Suspect Disciple’s Involvement

Ayodhya: The body of a 44-year-old sadhu was found at an ashram inside the Hanuman Garhi temple in Ayodhya.

The deceased identified as Ram Sahare Das was strangled with a wire and stabbed multiple times on Wednesday night. Police have taken Govind Das, one of his disciples into custody for interrogation.

The cook of the sadhu, named Rishabh Shukla, has absconded following the murder.

Investigation revealed that the miscreants shut off the CCTV cameras before committing the crime.

Deceased Ram Sahare used to decorate the idols of Lord Hanuman at the Hanuman Garhi temple.
