NTA Expands NEET UG Reach: 14 New Foreign Exam Centres Added

New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the NEET-UG medical entrance exam will now be conducted in 14 foreign cities alongside its usual centres in India on May 5. This decision follows requests from aspirants who noted that the initial information bulletin lacked details on international exam centres.

NTA Senior Director (Exams) Sadhna Parashar confirmed the addition of exam centres in 12 countries, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah (UAE); Kuwait City (Kuwait); Bangkok (Thailand); Colombo (Sri Lanka); Doha (Qatar); Kathmandu (Nepal); Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia); Lagos (Nigeria); Manama (Bahrain); Muscat (Oman); Riyadh (Saudi Arabia); and Singapore.

The exam will now be held at 554 centres across India and these 14 foreign cities. This expansion aims to accommodate the growing number of NEET-UG candidates globally.
