Cartoon Network is not Dead; Channel Reassures

New Delhi: The news of Cartoon Network, the well-known cartoon channel getting merged with Warner Bros Television Group is getting viral. This news led cartoon lovers to think that the Cartoon Network Channel is going to shut down. In order to clarify people and assure them, Cartoon Network has given a statement saying “Y’all we’re not dead, we are just turning 30.”

The company also added, “To our fans: We’re not going anywhere. We have been and will always be your home for beloved, innovative cartoons. More to come soon!”

These statements have brought relief to the heart of cartoon lovers. Some famous and legendary cartoon shows on Cartoon Network are Tom And Jerry, Scooby Doo, Power Puff Girls, Dexter’s Laboratory, Courage the Cowardly Dog, and many more.

Warner Bros Television Group (WBTVG) announced two percent of personnel, for a total of 125 positions, across scripted, unscripted, and animation had been laid off. The CEO of the company, Channing Dungey stated that the merger between Cartoon Network and Warner Bros might have more effects than their initial planning.

Cartoon Network was founded on October 1, 1992, and recently completed its 30 years. It is one of the oldest cartoon channels. Its cartoons have good popularity among people let it be in the 90s or now.
