Jim Sarbh, Ishwak Singh Starrer Rocket Boys 2 Trailer Out!

Mumbai: The trailer for the second season of Rocket Boys is finally released on Tuesday. Helmed by Abhay Pannu, Rocket Boys stars Jim Sarbh, Ishwak Singh, Regina Cassandra, Namit Das, Charu Shankar, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Rajiv Kachroo and Saba Azad in pivotal roles.

Saba Azad shared the trailer on her official Instagram handle and wrote, “Rocket Boys 2 is the story of independent India’s formative years, as the country is amidst turbulence with belligerent political hostility, changing hands of power within the country and international agencies keeping close watch on the country’s ambition. The show is a thrilling narrative of the incredible life and times of Dr. Homi J. Bhabha, Dr. Vikram Sarabhai, and Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, as they wade through challenges and difficulties on their mission to make India a nuclear nation.#RocketBoys2, streaming on 16th March only on Sony LIV.”

Talking about the film, Story of India’s formative years, Rocket Boys 2 will focus on India’s ambition, a young APJ Abdul Kalam, Indira Gandhi’s tenure, and more. For the unversed, the show is a thrilling story of the life of Dr Homi Bhabha, Dr Vikram Sarabhai, and Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, as they take India to greater heights and make India a nuclear nation. The series is slated to drop on Sony LIV on March 16.

The first season of Rocket Boys won eight Filmfare OTT trophies last year including the award for Best Drama Series and Best Director.
