Karan Johar Bids Adieu To Twitter; Deletes Account

Mumbai: The rather controversial Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar hit the headlines yet again on Monday as he announced his egress from Twitter.

Johar tweeted in what is said to be his final tweet that he was leaving Twitter to create room for “positive energies.”

Johar who frequently goes through serial trolling and was generally very active on social media recently announced his decision to stop using Twitter. He left a cryptic message on the platform that read, “Making space for more positive energies only and this is step one towards that. Goodbye Twitter!”

Soon after announcing his departure in a tweet, the producer deleted his Twitter account.

Although it’s unclear if Johar plans to return to the platform or has left the platform permanently, he’s still present on Instagram.
