19 Nursing Students Hospitalized After Rat Repellent Sprayed In Bengaluru Hostel

Bengaluru: Around 19 students of Bengaluru’s Adarsh Nursing College student hostel were hospitalized as they faced breathing problems following spraying of a rat repellent on August 18 night.

They were immediately admitted to the nearby hospitals along with the other students in the hostel and the staff of the hostel and the public. Three of the 19 students were shifted to the ICU, police sources said.

According to the police, a case will be registered under section 286 BNS against the hostel management staff who sprinkled rat poison.
