Don’t eat corn: Corn has a glycemic index of 52, but it’s not counted among fiber-rich foods, so it can be harmful to diabetics. However, if you want to eat it, eat it with a high-fiber diet.

Avoid eating peas: Peas are high in carbs, so they can be harmful to diabetics. Its glycemic index is 51. Avoid or limit peas in diabetes.

Don’t drink vegetable juice: Although green vegetable juice is very beneficial for health, these drinks are very low in fiber. Therefore, it is not a good option for diabetics. Fiber helps regulate blood sugar levels. Instead of drinking vegetable juice, it is better if you include it in your diet.
