Egg

Eggs are rich in protein, which acts as nutrition for hair growth. It also helps in promoting healthy new growth of hair. Eggs help strengthen the hair follicles. It activates the scalp and strengthens the hair roots, which reduces the chances of hair breakage. Mix 1 tablespoon of your daily shampoo in 1 egg and apply it to the hair. Let it stay for about 1 hour. Afterward, wash the hair using a little more shampoo. Due to the high amount of protein in the egg, its deficiency in the hair is fulfilled.
