China to Use New Advanced Spacesuits for Human Moon Landing Mission in 2030

The China Manned Space Agency (CMSA) unveiled a new spacesuit designed for its moon landing mission in 2030.

The newly revealed Chinese spacesuit features a striking red-and-white design. It uses advanced technology to meet the lunar conditions.

This spacesuit is designed to withstand the extreme temperatures, radiation, and dust on the moon. Its other major features include integrated cameras, an operations console, and a glare-resistant visor. These will help astronauts during their extravehicular activities on lunar surface.

China’s lunar mission to land humans on moon is meant to reinforce China’s position in the global space race.

The spacesuit is part of a broader strategy that includes plans for a crewed spacecraft named “Mengzhou” (Dream Vessel) and a lander called “Lanyue” (Embracing the Moon).

China aims to create an international lunar research station at the moon’s south pole by 2040.
