Russia is Preparing for a Visit of Indian PM Narendra Modi

New Delhi: Moscow is preparing for Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to visit Russia, said Russian government spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday. He, however, added that dates for PM Modi’s visit will be announced at a later date.

Russia’s RIA state news agency on Tuesday quoted a diplomatic source as saying Modi may visit Russia in July.

In March, the Kremlin stated that Modi had an open invitation to come to Russia and hold talks with President Vladimir Putin.
