Tom Cruise’s Deadly Stunt to Startle Audience at Paris Olympics Closing Ceremony

Tom Cruise is widely predicted to perform a death-defying stunt on the roof of the Stade de France during the Paris Olympics closing ceremony on Sunday.

Cruise was seen at several Olympic events. He may be used as a natural connection between Paris and the 2028 Los Angeles Games.

According to US media, Cruise is preparing a spectacular stunt to pick up the Olympic flag and transfer it to LA. It will involve video sequences already filmed on both sides of the Atlantic.

This closing ceremony will include passing of the five rings flag to Los Angeles, the next venue of the event.

The closing ceremony will be a much shorter affair than the inauguration ceremony. It will be held at France’s national stadium.

Artistic director of the event, Thomas Jolly has revealed it will combine “wonder” with “dystopia”.

Offering a sneak peak to journalists recently, Jolly said he wanted to imagine what would happen if was rebuilding the Olympic Games in a distant future”.

One sequence of the closing ceremony features “travellers from another space-time who arrive on Earth and discover vestiges from the history of the Olympics”, with acrobats restoring the famous five rings of the Games. It will reportedly feature more than 100 dancers, circus artists and other performers. The show will involve aerial displays, giant sets and spectacular lighting.

It is rumoured that several Hollywood stars will perform during the closing ceremony.
