It is believed that by worshiping Mata Siddhidatri, one gets all worldly pleasures. Along with this, he also gets all the comforts like knowledge, intelligence, wealth, opulence, etc. Many people break the fast that has been going on for 9 days by worshiping the girl on the ninth day of the Navratri festival. On this day, we conclude this special festival with Havan and Aarti. Let us know the form of Mata Siddhidatri, worship method, and mantra.

According to the Puranas, Mata Siddhidatri sits on a lotus-like Maa Lakshmi and the goddess has four arms, each of which holds a conch shell, a chakra, and a lotus flower. According to the scriptures, Mata Siddhidatri is the goddess of all the eight siddhis known as Anima, Ishitva, Vashitva, Laghima, Garima, Prakamya, Mahima, and Prapti. All these siddhis are attained by worshiping Mata Siddhidatri.

Before worshiping Maa Siddhidatri, clean the place of worship by bathing and meditating in Brahma Muhurta. After this moisten the place of worship with Gangajal. Then offer flowers, garlands, vermilion, Akshat, etc. to Maa Siddhidatri. Also, offer sesame seeds and things made from them. On this day you can also offer Malpua, Kheer, Halwa, Coconut, etc. to the goddess. After this, recite Mata Siddhidatri Stotra and perform the aarti of the Maa by lighting an incense lamp. Do not forget to recite Durga Saptashati and Durga Chalisa before the aarti.

While giving farewell to the mother on the last day of Navratri Mahaparva, the ritual of worshiping the girl and performing Havan has been described in the scriptures. It is believed that fasting results are attained only after performing Havan. Therefore, after worshiping Goddess Durga, do Havan. By doing this all the sorrows and pains go away and the grace of Mata Siddhidatri always remains on her devotees.
