Infiltration Attempt Averted As Army Gun Down 2 Terrorists In J&K

Jammu & Kashmir: The India Army on Saturday foiled an infiltration attempt by killing two terrorists at the Line of Control (LoC) in the Poonch region of Jammu and Kashmir.

According to sources, on January 7 at around 7.45 PM, observant army personnel stationed at the border fence in the Balakote sector of the Poonch district noticed unusual activity in front of the wire.

“Two terrorists were subsequently killed. Operation is ongoing, and the area has been cordoned off,” sources in the military claimed.
