Media Tycoon Ramoji Rao Hospitalised Due Age-Related Ailments

Hyderabad: Eminant media entrepreneur and film producer Ramoji Rao has been hospitalised as his health condition worsened recently.

A picture showing Ramoji Rao bed-ridden has gone viral. The media baron, who is in his mid-90s, has been ill and with age catching up, he might be going through the required treatment and medication.

Ramoji Rao maintains a low profile about his personal life and so not many details are available to the media regarding his health.

On the other hand, Ramoji Rao faced notices in the alleged Margadarsi Chit Funds scam row.

Meanwhile, the Andhra Pradesh Crime Investigation Department which had served notices to Ramoji Rao and his daughter-in-law Sailaja Kiran over the alleged violations in doing their business with the Margadarsi Chit Funds reached their residence in Hyderabad.

The AP CID is questioning Sailaja Kiran and it is unclear whether the CID is also probing Ramoji Rao regarding his condition.
